Plagiarism Policy
Manuscripts submitted to the Social and Management Journal will be screened for plagiarism using the Turnitin plagiarism detection tool. The Journal of Social and Management will immediately reject papers that lead to plagiarism or self plagiarism.
The Journal of Social and Management wants to ensure that all authors exercise caution and adhere to international standards for academic integrity, particularly in the area of ??plagiarism.
Plagiarism occurs when an author takes ideas, information, or words from another source without proper credit for the source. Even if it happens accidentally, plagiarism is still a serious academic offense and cannot be accepted in international academic publications.
When writers take ideas from other authors, citations are necessary even if the authors later develop the idea further. This may be an idea of ??how to interpret the data, either what methodology to use or what conclusions to draw. This may be an idea about a broad development in the field or general information. Regardless of the idea, the author must cite the source. In cases where the author develops the idea further, it is still necessary to cite the original source of the idea, and then in the next sentence, the author can explain his more developed idea.
When writers take words from other authors, quotations and quotation marks are required. Whenever four or more consecutive words are identical to a source the author has read, the author must use quotation marks to indicate the use of another author's original words; just a quote is no longer enough.
Policy:
Papers must be original, unpublished, and not pending publication elsewhere. Any material taken verbatim from another source needs to be clearly identified as distinct from the existing original text by (1) indentation, (2) use of quotation marks, and (3) identification of the source.
Any text in excess of fair use standards (here defined as more than two or three sentences or the equivalent) or any graphic material reproduced from another source requires permission from the copyright holder and, where applicable, the original author and also requires source identification; for example, previous publications.
When plagiarism is identified, the Editor in Chief is responsible for reviewing this paper and will approve action according to the level of plagiarism detected in the paper according to the following guidelines:

Minor : Short sections from other articles were plagiarized without any significant data or ideas taken from other papers Action : Warning given to authors and requests to change text and properly cite original articles were made 2.
